You do NOT have permission to redistribute the file in any way. This includes sharing, reselling, or altering to resell.

Ready to press transfers in any sort of way are NOT allowed (Sublimation prints, dtf transfers, gang sheets, screenprints, etc). 

If you want to wholesale products in any sort of way whether its tshirts, hair clips, hat patches, etc. then the wholesale license will need to be purchased. More details in that listing.
